We're hiring across four departments, find the path that fits where you want to grow.
Mortgage Loan Department
Our Mortgage Loan Department helps clients navigate home financing, refinancing, and multi-bank loan structuring. You'll be trained in DSR, CCRIS, and lending criteria, working alongside our consultants.
Financial Planning & Wealth Management
Our Wealth Management Department advises clients on insurance, investment-linked products, and long-term wealth strategy. We'll mentor you toward your certifications with the pathways to further credentials like MDRT qualification as you advance.
Estate Planning & Will Writing
Our Will Writing Department helps clients protect their legacy through estate and trust planning a specialised, growing field in Malaysia. Full training provided, including guidance toward Rockwills Corporation certification and MFPC RFP for long-term career growth.
Insurance Consulting
Advise clients across life, medical, and general insurance through our multi-insurer concierge model. We support you through PCE/PCIL licensing from day one, with a clear path toward MDRT qualification as you build your career with us.

Minimum Requirements
Education
Diploma or higher (any field)
Work Experience
At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience (preferred)
Communication
Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
Availability
Able to commit to full-time work
Personal Attributes
Positive, self-motivated, and eager to grow
Open to feedback and willing to learn from one-to-one mentorship
Personality type I or E (we have trained both to excel in our industry)
Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients
